Happy Easter! Going to my sister's for Easter dinner and her husband is a chef (an Italian chef) so I know I am going to enjoy myself. I can't wait to see what he is making this year, though I do have to watch what I eat. What the heck, it's a holiday! I'll worry about that tomorrow.
